       -  Published a novel titled:"History of Arabic Calligraphy between Past and Present"       

         (Tareekh Al-Khatt Al-Arabi Bayna Al-Madhi Wal-Hadhir).

Exhibitions:

       -  Many exhibitions of Arabic Calligraphy in the Netherlands, Germany, Tunisia, Austria,

          and other numerous countries in the Middle-East.

          These pictures were taken in one of Hassan S. Mourad's exhibitions that took place in the

          Syrian Embassy in Germany,  presenting over 100 different Calligraphy paintings.

 

  

Activities:

        -  Professional Painter since 1970

        -  Member of the Formative Arts Center in Damascus

        -  More than 30 years experience in the art of Arabic Calligraphy

        -  Inventor of fifty different group-kinds of Arabic Calligraphy (a complete set of  Arabic

           characters collection (Fonts), especially made for Letter-press and the computer field).

           All these designs are accomplished in accordance with the single common rules, styles,

           and art techniques of Arabic Calligraphy.

        -  Inventor of more than 500 different Islamic designs.

        -  Inventor of more than 1000 different Oriental and Islamic Ornamentations. 

        -  Designer and Calligrapher in Arabic Calligraphy (Classical and Contemporary).

       -  Diplomat in the League of Arab States since 1964,             

         (served as a professional diplomat in Syria, Egypt, Tunisia, Netherlands, Germany, and Austria)

1991   Director of the League of Arab States Office in Bonn, Germany

1996   Director, Financial & Administrative Affairs in the League of Arab States Headquarters in Cairo

1998   Director, Financial & Administrative Affairs in the Mission of the League of Arab States in

          Vienna, Austria

2001   General Director, Financial & Administrative, (Minister Plenipotentiary), League of Arab States

          in Vienna.
